It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, so no complaints there. The only thing is the price feels a little steep—apparently functioning properly now comes with a luxury tax.

i really wanted to like my NuWave, but the results have been hit or miss for me. Chicken tends to get dry on the outside while still needing more time in the middle, and fries just don’t come out as crispy as I hoped.
I’ve tried playing around with different temps and cook times, but it still feels like I’m guessing every time I use it. Some things turn out okay, but it’s not consistent enough for me, especially for the price.

I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I wasn’t expecting miracles or anything, just a clear answer.

It took them a while to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply didn’t really answer my question. I felt like I was explaining the same thing over and over, which gets old fast, obviously.

I’m still not happy with how it was handled. Unless their support improves, I don’t see myself ordering again, which is a shame because decent customer service really shouldn’t be this hard

I’ve been happy with it so far. It heats up fast and cooks the food evenly, which is great. The buttons are a little weird to get used to, but overall it’s been working well...

At first, this worked well and I thought I’d made a good purchase. But after a few months, it started acting up and heating unevenly. Isn’t that the whole point, for it to heat consistently? For the price, it feels a bit cheaply made. I really wanted to like it, but the reliability has been disappointing.

The site was mostly simple to use, which I appreciated because I was just trying to get it done quickly during a break and didn’t want to spend a bunch of time clicking around. Nothing felt too confusing overall.

Shipping took way longer than I expected. I’ll give them credit, the order did arrive eventually, which is more than I was starting to expect.

I ordered from nuwavenow and ended up needing to return one item because it wasn’t really what I was looking for. The return process wasn’t too confusing, but I did have to dig around a bit to find the right info, which was a little annoying.

Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it definitely wasn’t what I’d call “quick.” I eventually got my refund, but it took longer than I expected and I had to be a bit patient.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of “average.” I might order from them again, but next time I’d probably read the return policy more carefully before buying.
